Oi All in One Milk - I love this stuff as it smells amazing, detangles my hair and leaves it very soft and silky. Unfortunately the moisturizing and softening properties are also its downfall - it's too heavy for my fine hair and weighs it down if I use any more than 1 or 2 spritzes, and if I want a good amount of volume I can't use it at all. I'd recommend this for thick or coarse hair, but it's not ideal for fine hair.
Oi Conditioner - This is an excellent conditioner but like the All in One Milk I can't use it without weighing down my hair. I find it works best as a leave-in conditioner since I seem to have trouble rinsing it all out, and any residue will make my hair flat. So instead of using it after shampooing, once a week I wet my hair, comb a dollop of the conditioner through, wait a few minutes and rinse out any excess. Then I let my hair air dry. The next day I wash my hair as usual. Again, this product is best for thick or coarse hair.
Sea Salt Spray - Now this is a product that was made for me. This sea salt spray gives the perfect amount of grip to my fine hair, and it's basically impossible to overdo - I can apply quite a bit depending on how much texture I want and my hair never gets crunchy or dry. I still love Bumble and Bumble's Surf Spray but this is a great alternative if you want something to keep your hair soft while still giving it some texture.
Volume Boosting Mousse - I'm pleased with this. I haven't tried many mousses so I don't have much to compare it to, but it gives a nice amount of volume without any crunchiness, and I like that the volume lasts - my hair hasn't completely fallen flat by the end of the day.
